- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi seeds)
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

- Prepare the Besan Mixture:In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
